An open kitchen with wood-burning rotisserie is the focal point of Montrio, a European inspired American bistro. "An emphisis on local organic ingredients, to create bold and exciting dishes," said Tony Baker, executive chef. Menu favorites are rotisserie chicken, grilled portabella mushroom "steak" and crabcakes. Dessert specialties include Chocolate wrapped Mint Ice Cream with Hazlenut Meringue, Raspberry Tart with Lavender Ice Cream, and Classic Crème Brûlée.
