Logo Clothing Order Form

Place your order for ISM logo wear!

We are now accepting orders for ISM logo wear. Use the order form (PDF) to order ISM shirts, sweatshirts, jackets and vests. Checks should be made payable to "ISM" and brought in with the order form. The form can be put in Nikki Madden's mailbox or given to your child's homeroom teacher.
