RSS in Plain English

Here is a 3.5 minute video explaining Really Simple Syndication (RSS). By using RSS, you can save lots of time and ensure that you get the most recent news without having to worry about bounced email messages, identity/privacy issues or having to update your personal email address whenever it changes.
